We had a joint session to look at what is advocacy and how it can be used in the region. the participants presented a case study on existing projects and from there, we built a prototype of an advocacy campaign that can be easily used in MOs.

Once again we divided the group. The chief and International comm. looked at succession planning techniques. the importance of succession planning was stressed in order to have strong MOs and to ensure continuity.

Meanwhile young women looked at conflict resolution, what it is and how to deal with it.

It’s a first of its kind training where chief/international comm.. as well as young women work together, learn, debate, enquire, play, and agree on ways to develop guiding on national level and move the region n forward.
