The first session was divided again into 2 groups Chief and International Commissioners presented the structure of their associations as well as their role and responsibilities in their respective associations.

They were then divided into two working groups in order to put together a job descriptions for Chief and International commissioners. The aim of this was to unify the understanding and promote the role of specially the International Commissioners in their association.
 
Meanwhile young women looked at understanding leadership. They looked at their role as a leader and how they can motivate others. Still in their own groups. young leaders then looked at the different stages of leading teams and how each team have their own aim and values.
 
The Chief and International Comm. looked at the difference between coaching and mentoring and what are the profile of a mentor and a mentee.
 
Young women also looked at effective ways of communication by using interactive learning .
 
The varied sessions met the needs of young women as well as chief and international comm.

Content of sessions are new and innovative and the training is meeting its aim.

We then had our traditional Arab evening and ended the day with a special dinner offered by dr. Mostafa Ben Aly Ben Abdellatif, Deptuy Minister of Education, Financial Affairs.
