Training on Strategic Leadership

A training on Strategic Leadership was held in Oman from 23 to 29 November 2007. This was a training on the new WAGGGS concept of leadership.

The training aimed to:

* Build strong and new leadership

Common objectives were:

* Introduce concept of strategic leadership
* Exchange of experiences and best practices

Specific objectives for young women:

* Self development
* How to stand out and express yourself

Specific objectives for Chief and international Commissioners:

* Be involved in the decision making process of their MOS
* Strengthening the areas of structure and management

Each member organization was invited to participate with:
* Chief Commissioner
* International Commissioner
* two young leaders
