The 19th Arab Regional Conference was held in Hazmieh Rotana Hotel, Beirut, Lebanon from 24 July to 29 July 2010 under the theme ''Join-reach-change lives''.
The Regional Conference is composed of not more than four Delegates from each Member Organization of the Arab Region. These Delegates shall be appointed by each Memeber Organization from within its membership.
In case of a Federation, each Association is represented by one member with a maximum of ten members in total.
