WLDP Event in Japan3 October 2012 - 7 October 2012
WAGGGS and the Girl Scouts of Japan will host a WAGGGS Leadership Development Programme (WLDP) in Tokyo, Japan from 3-7 October 2012. This event will provide a forum for current and future decision makers in Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting associations to share challenges and raise awareness on leadership development trends; to learn and discuss about leadership theories and practices; to share best practices and tools in order to build a network of leaders across WAGGGS members.

WLDP Training in Lebanon3 July 2009 - 9 July 2009
Under the theme ‘"Different…to make the difference", 56 young women from 23 countries learned about leadership development in Beirut, Lebanon. The event was organized by the Arab Region to give leaders the opportunity to share and exchange ideas on leadership approaches and strengthen Member Organizations capacity.
The second Round Table for young women17 August 2008 - 23 August 2008
The 2nd Round Table for young women of the Arab Region was held in Cairo, Egypt, from 17 to 23 August 2008 at the Arab International Scout Centre. This event is the second part of the 1st Round Table and its aim was to finalize the educational programme of young women (18 – 24 years).
