The third day_ Wednesday

"Unforgettable thoughts" was the title of today’s reflections, which focused on the importance of human relations, values and ideals.

Dr. Ekbal Kamel, the Arab Region advisor and the former chairman of the Region, surprised all participants with her presence. Attending today’ sessions, she praised the high level of the event and the very competent and able participants and planning team, wishing them success.
Now that participants know how to build a program and what should be included, Monia began the first session of today, tackling how the leader can facilitate this in an attractive way and what methods can be used to retain our youth by usingdynamic facilitation methods.
Through the "Market" game, the concept of dynamic communications was identified. Participants got to know its constraints and obstacles, as well as its benefits and ability to insure the success of the programme.

Another game was "the dices", where participants practiced one of the dynamic communications ways to make their voice heard.
As a result of these interactive games, participants acquired deep awareness of the importance of dynamic communication for their programmes.

This is my first experience as a member of a regional training team. I’m so happy to be part of this round table which dominated harmony and friendship atmosphere. Seeing such competent participants and their impressive interaction with the event program, insure that our region is on the right path. I hope that we continue for more success.

Monia, member of the training team

The following session was about leading young women teams with Lena and Asmaa. They presented the different leadership techniques and the characteristics of the young leader.
Most of youth activities are based on projects they do.

The next session was about how to build/organize a project and manage it, the role of the project leader, the importance of stakeholders and why project management is important to implement programs and reach goals. Mona and Mariam presented that in a very attractive way through "The Projects Market" game.

The last session was about Motivation and how it is the key to success for any activity. How can we keep our teams motivated? What are the tools to motivate people? This was presented through a series of motivation games provided by Noura and Monia, thus creating a dynamic atmosphere full of fun within the groups.

The Arabic Night:

The Arabic night was held in a festive atmosphere with attendance of high profile and diplomatic figures. The night was covered by the Arab media.

The training methods provided in this round table is great as well as how the goal is reached. This is in addition to the well noticed Harmony among the participants. We hope for further events similar to this round table which is the best proof of our Region determination to meet the needs of its young women, helping them to achieve their ambitions.
