Welcome to second round table for young women
The second Rround table of young women officially started with the opening ceremony where Major General Ahmad Abdullatif, Chairman of the Egyptian Federation of Scouts and Girl Guides and Chairman of the Arab Region, WOSM, accompanied with Tahany Abdulrahman, Chairman of the Egyptian Association of Girl Guides and members of the National Board were guests of Honor.The first session started with a welcome from Noura. Participants got to know each other through a funny game called the matches then they agreed on the code of conduct to be followed during the event. Participants expressed their expectations then Noura outlined the aim and objectives of the round table.
The next session began with an exciting ice breaking game conducted by ALiaa. Monia gave a brief on the daily evaluation and reflections then with Mona, they divided the participants into five groups.The third session was dedicated to highlight what was done in the first round table and its results and recommendations.
Participants also gave presentations showing young women programmes and activities undertaken by their member organizations to activate the role of young women.
During the fourth session, Participants looked at the desired image of a young woman through series of games, work groups and brain storming and they all cooperated to shape this image.
At the end of the session Noura launched her TV program "Noura Show" where all the participants summarized the young women program content proposal. The day ended with the daily evaluation, leaving a good impression and high aspiration for the next day.

I was looking on the website for girl scouts around the world and was happy to see a troop in Egypt, because my father comes from Egypt and hoping that when I visit Egypt I will have a sister there who share my girl scout goals, Jessica from the United States.

It's amazing to see what we started in the first round table come to action.. we can do it en sha'a Allah & we will continue till we change the young's life..
